I’m not sure if DSi Ware has this game yet, but it is very simlure to PoyoPoyo 2 (A minigame in the original WarioWare that’s unlocked by getting a good score on PoyoPoyo)
PoyoPoyo 2 is the same design, but with only block regen as the only avilable power-up. PoyoPoyo was much harder, as you lad to lick the falling objects, on the same 45′ angle.

The lava, background, etc. looks like it came from Super Mario World for SNES.

Well either the game hasn’t quite started yet (so no flame yet), or you just shot a skull…in which case the dragon loses its flame for a few seconds (making skulls bad if you shoot them, bad if you don’t).
But he doesn’t do it there for whatever reason. Just watch it, it amuses me ^_^
i really should start designing apps for the iPhone… perhaps ClassicGameRoo will review one of theme!
